Formula 1

Formula 1, often abbreviated as F1, is the highest class of international single-seater auto racing sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). It features a series of races known as Grands Prix, held on various circuits around the world, including purpose-built tracks and street circuits in major cities. The “formula” in Formula 1 refers to a set of rules and regulations that all participating teams and cars must comply with to ensure fair competition and uphold safety standards. Each season, teams compete for two main championships: the Drivers’ Championship, awarded to the most successful driver, and the Constructors’ Championship, awarded to the most successful team based on the performance of their drivers. Formula 1 is known for its technological innovation, high-speed racing, and global fanbase, making it one of the most prestigious motorsport competitions.
